SWCCSF and our esteemed partners share an unwavering commitment to promoting health and well-being, with a particular emphasis on the provision of nutritious meals. We recognize the profound impact that access to healthy food can have on the lives of individuals in our community, and we have implemented a range of initiatives to address food insecurity comprehensively. Our approach encompasses three core components: congregate meals, weekly brown bag distributions, and home-delivered meals, all designed to cater to diverse needs.

We proudly serve daily lunches from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 12 pm and 1 pm, and Saturday from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. These nutritious meals not only nourish the body but also serve as a vital source of comfort and support for those in our community, ensuring that individuals have access to well-balanced meals throughout the day.

Through these initiatives, we aim not only to alleviate immediate hunger but also to foster a sense of belonging and community. By prioritizing nutrition, we contribute to the overall health and vitality of our community members, enabling them to lead fuller and healthier lives.
