About SWCCSF

Southwest Community Corporation provides quality enriched, culturally appropriate programming and access to services based in Lakeview/Oceanview- Merced Heights-Ingleside communities in San Francisco. Our mission is to aid aging adults and adults living with disabilities to remain independent, stay in their community, create and maintain social networks and live a fulfilling life.

Southwest Community Corporation board of directors and staff acknowledge and honor the fundamental value and dignity of all individuals.
